Breakfast tacos


Get your breakfast taco on!!

Sometimes you have to treat yo self to some game changing breakfast. The breakfast taco is probably the best way to start any day.

For the taco. ( makes 4 )

100g organic malted flour or any flour you like the taste of 65g water 2g salt

Simply mix together the ingredients well until it forms a smooth ball, then let it rest for a few minutes. Roll out on a lightly floured work top or press into a thin disc shape using a taco press.

Heat up a dry non stick pan on a very high heat and cook in a very hot dry pan a minute on each side will do.

For the filling.

2 ripe tomatoes 1 avocado 1 spring onion sliced finely Juice of one lime 1tsp extra vergin olive 1/2 tsp finely chopped lemongrass 1/4 tsp finely chopped ginger Chopped Chilli's Lightly toasted pumpkin seeds Coriander Mint Basil Salt & pepper Few spoons of yogurt


This part is super easy! Chop all the ingredients & dress it all with the lime juice, olice oil, salt & pepper. Fill your tacos & pick your herbs on top & finish it with your seeds & yogurt.
